Clipthe dead terrorist elevator Dalian Shahekou District Yongsheng 14 lane is a village, staged a scene of death to the real version, a 43 year old woman in the elevator ,by the card in the first layer and the second layer is blocked up ,alive .
Elevator event replay on September 4, 2011 at one o ,Ms. Wu night shift back to his neighborhood .Ms. Wu boyfriend ,as usual in the downstairs security room to play mahjong ,waiting for the next night she came back .
Ms. Wu pass by security room to see everyone playing is warm ,with her boyfriend said :s getting late, to the end of it, I go upstairs .After a hurried to elevator .Mr. thought over on hand for this station is home .
Also on ten minutes ,when old to go home ,I saw she was stuck, two legs in the air suspension ,he hastened to support his girlfriend ,while calling the security room people to help .
Several people quickly dialed 119 ,120 ,110 .Shahekou district fire brigade is the nearest ,soon arrived on the scene ,but the elevator is a special equipment ,fire officers and men are incapable of action .
Later someone has contacted elevator maintenance department, and the elevator company, they worked about two hours to put people down .But Ms. Wu is dead .According to the common sense, the elevator doors are generally induction device ,when the door is closed, if the sensed object to be clamped ,will automatically open the door shut ,lax ,the elevator is not running .
While this accident ,elevator doors are always open ,so the elevator is how to run ?And the door since open ,Ms. Wu and how it will be stuck in the elevator and elevator between the two ?Looking for the answer of Shandong satellite TV onlookers journalists to find out, find Mr.
home ,but no reception ,and lives in the upstairs residents about the property company office, most are not saying you do not know ,is not willing to say ,this lets a reporter feel something abnormal .
There are still enthusiastic residents privately told reporters ,the family of the deceased to find property companies make ,want to swing hall way threaten property company for compensation .
The property company Su manager is coordinating the matter .The reporter after many flounder found a person who claimed to be the property of staff .Through him, the reporter saw Sue manager ,but a mention of elevator accident ,Su manager fire immediately .
To see Sue manager wouldn attitude ,the reporter was and he about another interview time, but then a few staff suddenly rush forward to reporters pushed the door .The reporter had to return to the village with a few residents casual conversation, in order to get more clues .
But the few inhabitants speak very carefully .Legitimate reporters to leave ,surnamed sun uncle called reporter ,went to a secluded place ,told reporters :just to chat with people, two is the property staff ,so they are not say what ,finally, he would be dead boyfriend mobile phone told reporters ,and hope that we can help the student make things clear ,cause investigation .
The reporter dialed when mr. .The reporters came to Mr. with better place ,just off ,is claimed to be the dead sister two men stopped ,do not want to let a reporter with the husband .
Then ,when his friend called, said he would come to the reporter .Standing on the side of the dead sister still persuade journalists ,and when not to see mr. .In reporter and Ms. Wu undertook communication, cheap electronic from chinaA man suspects his wife derailment killed it, Ms.
Wu finally agreed to take a reporter to see mr. .Came to the office, she led the way, go soon ,very soon out of sight .Has been followed by Ms. Wu friend takes the reporter to the office at the top ,also did not see Ms.
wu .Journalists suspected fooled, Ms. Wu is it right? Ready with the property for a supply of sth. ,stalling the journalist ?At this time, previously claimed to be the gentleman when friends came calling again ,he does not agree to meet mr.
.The reporter feels ,the caller might be the property staff ,Mr. may also discuss the problems with the property of private .Since property and the family of the deceased are reluctant to disclose the details ,watch reporter had to find the local district police station about the progress of the case ,but the station also declined to say what ,let a reporter contact the authorities ,but eventually the superior departments also need to contact more superior departments of the reasons for the decline of the interview .
And again refused ,reporters went to participated in the rescue of the Shahekou District Fire squadron .Firefighters told reporters ,need to Dalian City Fire Department and lead greeting ,reporters rushed to the Dalian City Fire Department ,but is responsible for propaganda Comrade request the leadership to reporters after ,responses are then participate in the rescue, in addition to fire elevator maintenance company, people do not save ,they also inconvenience is accepted interview ,the reporter wants to to get at the time firefighters shooting video information ,but they also at that time, no film data is declined ,it seems ,this road is blocked .
Evening ,reporters once again came to the area, the elevator has been cleared out ,originally placed in the elevator hall also disappeared .Just when the reporter to area residents asked ,suddenly saw two men is towing two bales of goods come out of the elevator ,press speculated that this should be the thing in the home when mr.
.Sure enough, the two is when Mr. friend ,help to move ,was said to have reached a compensation agreement .Yesterday, the reporter was brought into the office should be their place for the negotiations ,the family of the deceased to prevent reporters ,was refused an interview .
Now that things have been finished ,when the reporter to Mr should be willing to tell their own understanding of the things ,then find him .When told the reporters ,actually very willing by the media to supervise this thing ,but her family for the money, and the property company has been well discussed ,can contact with you .
The property company finally compensation for the 750000 ,but he did not get a penny .The deceased sister get compensation ,immediately return Jilin old home . Watch reporter the interview day by elevator ,the accident happened nearly a week ,the relevant departments have not yet given the results of a survey ,interview is not rejected ,for various reasons to shirk, eventually decide to reporters are running another elevator all in ,although not a professional, but still discovered many problems .
Elevator bottom was worn down ,a normal button down should have the red light to go to the floor ,but a lot of the floor button down all has no reaction .More crucial is ,in the elevator the reporter did not find this to be posted out of the elevator safety inspection certificate, also did not see the other corresponding safety warning sign, only a few pieces of torn look not clear which year which month repair label ,in the elevator in the running process of making a deafening roar ,to shiver all over though not cold .
In the reporter process, the elevator has a problem .The reporter had wanted to use the foot test elevator closed induction sensitivity ,but did not expect to be on foot ,not easy to take out a foot to come ,elevator door won .
Elevator fault again ,throw in a few days after the accident ,the presence of several residents in panic .The journalist immediately called the property staff, an old man was calm three two took the elevator repair ,elevator and back up and running .
In the master this bug is nothing to get excited over a little thing ,do not be impatient ,he declined to be interviewed .The problem is that the elevator who dares to take ?The residents here would dare ,because this is the high-rise buildings ,they had to use .
Elevator quality who repeatedly malfunctioning elevator tube did not stop using ?In accordance with the relevant provisions of the state ,buying from china wholesale, the elevator every year to conduct a mandatory inspection ,and the annual inspections shall be related to information posted on the elevator in striking position ,why this elevator has no relevant information ?In view of this situation ,the reporter found the Dalian Municipal Bureau of quality and technical supervision ,is responsible for the elevator quality inspection director Wang said ,including clip dead this elevator ,the whole building elevator already this year through the safety inspection .
